About the Program

Our job shadowing program is designed to give aspiring healthcare professionals a front-row seat to the operating room. You'll observe our team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs as they deliver safe, compassionate care and collaborate with surgical teams. Whether you're a high school student just beginning your exploration or a med student refining your specialty choice, this opportunity offers a unique clinical perspective.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from:

High school juniors or seniors (with school approval)

Undergraduate students interested in pre-med, nursing, or related fields

Medical students exploring anesthesia as a specialty
Eligibility:
-
Must be 16 years or older

Able to provide proof of immunizations and sign a HIPAA/confidentiality agreement

Willing to comply with all shadowing and dress code policies outlined in the packet
What You'll Observe:

The daily workflow of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
-
Pre-op assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-op care
-
Team collaboration in the operating room and clinical decision-making
